In April, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) about an incident regarding child sexual exploitation material. An investigation by detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children ensued.

On July 2nd, 2020, Detectives with the ICAC unit served a search warrant at 808 Mansion Lane, Kissimmee, FL in connection with the case.

The suspect, Timothy Arias, cooperated with detectives and was charged with nine counts of Promotion of Child Pornography. Mr. Arias was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with a $22,500.00 bond.
