Kissimmee Utility Authority, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee, will host a free Movie in the Park event tonight, Friday, Jan. 6 at the Veterans Lawn of Kissimmee Lakefront Park as part of KUA’s annual 6-month Movie in the Park series. The event will feature “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” shown on a giant 50-foot screen.
Activities begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the movie at 7 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket. The movie will also feature closed captioning for the hearing impaired.
KUA’s inflatable Kids Power Zone, a craft station, a photo booth, free popcorn, and prize giveaways will all be part of tonight’s free event. Onsite concessions will also be available.
Through hands-on demonstrations, attendees will also learn how to lower their monthly electric bills and learn about other KUA programs.
