Great news from the the School Board of Osceola County.  The district has approved a modified instructional calendar for the 2019-2020 school year declaring September 3 and September 4 as non-attendance days for students and staff. That means that there will be no need for makeup days as a result of Hurricane Dorian. Great news for Osceola County!

Because the district exceeds the state requirement of instructional minutes without the two days missed due to Hurricane Dorian, no makeup days in the Osceola School District are required. However, any additional days missed during the remainder of hurricane season may require makeup days be added to the academic calendar. Great job School District of Osceola County!
