Many Americans saw a change in their relationship with food and have self-reported weight gain during the last 18 months. Idle snacking and drinking have understandably increased as more people attempted to cope with the rising stress of COVID-19 and its far-reaching impact. Orlando Health registered dietitian Sara K. Riehm will join Positively Osceola’s Daybreak LIVE with Krissi Hardy Friday morning at 9 am on Positively Osceola’s Daybreak LIVE to discuss how a few small changes can go a long way when it comes to trading pandemic habits for healthier ones.

A graduate of the University of Florida’s dietetic program, Orlando Health registered dietitian Sara K. Riehm currently works as a clinical dietitian at Orlando Health’s Orlando Regional Medical Center.

At ORMC, she provides nutrition education and works with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best possible care for patients with a variety of health goals and concerns. She has been welcomed as a guest speaker at several events throughout Orlando and enjoys every opportunity to discuss evidence-based nutrition information with the community.
