Osceola Arts has begun work on its latest public mural, “The Garden Within,” at 219–231 Broadway in downtown Kissimmee. This vibrant piece, part of the ongoing ARTisNOW Public Murals Project, is being brought to life by Tampa-based artist Taylor Smith, known professionally as Dreamweaver.

The southwest-facing wall, currently being transformed, will soon feature a radiant blend of purples, pinks, blues, and greens, symbolizing growth, transformation, and the beauty of divine creation. Dreamweaver’s signature fusion of abstract and realism will showcase sweeping wings—representing freedom and resilience—alongside glowing flowers that embody persistence and renewal. The mural is inspired by the quote, “All beauty begins where the soul dares to grow.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome Dreamweaver to Kissimmee as she begins transforming this blank wall into a vibrant work of art,” said Brian Camacho, Osceola Arts’ new Public Arts Coordinator. “The community will have the unique opportunity to witness this creative process unfold in real time.”

Dreamweaver, who brings a background in fine art and graphic design, is known for nature-inspired murals rich with color and emotion. Her work, created primarily with aerosol paint, celebrates humanity’s connection to the natural world and has become a signature across Florida’s public art landscape.

“The Garden Within” is the latest in a growing series of ARTisNOW murals designed to uplift and revitalize shared spaces across Osceola County. By connecting local and regional artists with the community, the program encourages dialogue, sparks creativity, and fosters pride in public art.

Visitors are encouraged to stop by the site at 219–231 Broadway to watch Dreamweaver in action as she brings this vision to life. To learn more about Osceola Arts’ mural program and upcoming projects, visit osceolaarts.org/murals.
