Osceola Arts is closing out its 64th season with a high-flying finale, presenting the Tony Award-nominated musical “Catch Me If You Can” through August 3, at its theater in Kissimmee.
Based on the thrilling true story of Frank Abagnale Jr., the musical tells the story of a teenage con artist who successfully poses as a pilot, doctor, and lawyer—all while being pursued by a relentless FBI agent. The show, filled with energetic dance numbers, sharp wit, and vibrant music, is expected to be a crowd-pleaser for audiences of all ages.
With a book by acclaimed playwright Terrence McNally and a lively score by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman (the team behind Hairspray), “Catch Me If You Can” earned four Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical.
“What better way to close our 64th season than with this high-energy spectacle that showcases the incredible talent in our community,” said Osceola Arts Chief Operating Officer Jeremiah Krivinchuk. “This show has everything—compelling storytelling, amazing music, and a true story that will keep audiences on the edge of their seats.”
Performances will take place at Osceola Arts, located at 2411 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, with a PG-13 rating due to thematic content.
