Everyone knows that birthdays are special, but when the number on the center of the cake says 107… it’s extra special. On Wednesday, the Osceola Council On Aging celebrated a very special lady, Palma Tessier who just turned 107 years young!
Palma’s 107th birthday celebration included family members, hundreds of friends, music, food, dancing, and of course, a big beautiful cake.
Palma’s family, which included three children, nine grandchildren,12 great grandchildren and seven great, great grandchildren were on hand to celebrate with her, along with all her senior friends and staff from the Osceola Council on Aging.
Palma, who was born in 1915, says she still loves to plays Bingo, cards, and of course, shop. When Positively Osceola asked Palma what she likes to shop for, Palma and her daughter Doris chimed in together and answered, “Everything!”
