The updated program includes:

  • 💰 A maximum purchase price of $360,000 for single-family homes, townhomes, or condos located within Osceola County.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • 🔹 Be a resident of Osceola County for at least six months.
  • 🔹 Complete an 8-hour Home Buyer Education Class.
  • 🔹 Provide a pre-approval letter from a participating lender.
  • 🔹 Contribute a minimum of $1,000 from their own funds toward the purchase.
  • 🔹 Be “closing-ready” with a property under contract.

Income Eligibility

The program includes income limits based on household size, ensuring that assistance reaches those who need it most. The chart outlines thresholds for extremely low, very low, and low-income households, with program funding capped at $100,000.
