An Osceola County pastor was arrested on February 28 by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, accusing him of sexual battering a female member of his church in 2022. The agency is now asking anyone with similar experiences with the pastor to contact them.

The victim told investigators that she was at the home of 50-year-old Pastor Eddy Noelsaint in July for “spiritual revival” after her baptism in June at the Eglise Evangelique De La Restauration in Orlando, and that the pastor told her that the promise of the revival was based upon religious norms from her home country of Haiti,  and that she had been assigned a “spiritual Godmother,” Noelsaint’s wife.

The victim said that while she was in the home, Noelsaint gave her tea that made her feel weak, then gave her pills. According to the arrest affidavit, the victim asked Noelsaint to call 911 since she wasn’t feeling well, but Noelsaint instead took her to another room in the home where he sexually battered her.

According to the Osceola Sheriff’s Office, the woman said she was unable to fight back.

The woman also reported a second incident in November 2022 in which she showed up at Noelsaint’s home to look for an apartment with the Noelsaint’s wife. Investigators said the wife was not there and the man prevented her from leaving, violently attacking her a second time.

Noelsaint initially told investigators that he believed the woman was sexually attracted to him but he ultimately confessed to having sex with her in 2022, detectives said.c He is currently in the Osceola County jail, charged with 2 counts of sexually batter, held on a $100,000 bond. His church is located at 2160 N. Hiawassee Road in West Orlando.
