Today, January 7th, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, led by Sheriff Marcos Lopez, will celebrate the tradition of Three Kings Day with a special “Drive-Thru” Toy Giveaway event at the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, located at 2586 Partin Settlement Rd, Kissimmee, from 12 noon to 2 pm.

This festive event is a wonderful opportunity for children aged 12 and under from Osceola County to receive a free toy. In keeping with the spirit of giving, the toys will be handed directly to the children in their vehicles, ensuring a safe and joyful experience for all. Please note that the gifts are available while supplies last and children must be present in the vehicle to receive a gift.

Three Kings Day, also known as Epiphany, is celebrated on January 6th. It commemorates the Biblical story of the three wise men – Melchior, Caspar, and Balthazar – who followed the star to Bethlehem and brought gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh to the newborn Jesus. This day is a significant cultural and religious celebration for many around the world, particularly in Spanish-speaking countries and communities.

Join Sheriff Marcos Lopez and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in this delightful celebration of Three Kings Day and the joy of giving.
