Poinciana Council Education Scholarship Deadline is Today, March 23

The deadline to apply for the 2025 Poinciana Council Scholarship Program is fast approaching, with tomorrow, Sunday, March 23, being the final day for eligible students to submit their applications.

Each year, the Poinciana Council Board of Directors awards scholarships to support local students pursuing higher education. For 2025, the Council will grant at least:

• Two (2) $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors residing in ZIP codes 34758, 34759, or 34746, and
• Two (2) $1,000 scholarships to students currently enrolled in a technical education program, two- or four-year college, or a Master’s program at an accredited post-secondary institution.

Scholarship recipients will be honored at a special luncheon on April 22, 2025, held at Poinciana High School.

Interested applicants are encouraged to act quickly and complete the appropriate application form before the March 23 deadline:

The Poinciana Council also welcomes donations to its Scholarship Fund to help expand opportunities for more students. Contributions can be made HERE or by contacting the Council directly to arrange a specific donation amount.
