The Kissimmee Police Department’s Counter Crimes Unit removed three suspected criminals from the streets following the execution of a search warrant at 17 N. Thacker Avenue, marking another significant step in the department’s ongoing fight against drug-related crimes.
During the operation, officers seized cocaine, MDMA, oxycodone, cannabis, and a firearm. Most troubling, according to police, is that two of the individuals arrested were charged with selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, an offense that carries enhanced penalties under Florida law.
“This operation reflects our department’s continued commitment to aggressively tackling drug-related crimes and protecting our community—especially areas near our schools,” said the department in a statement shared on social media.
The names of the suspects and further details about the investigation have not yet been released. The case remains under active investigation.
Kissimmee Police encourage residents to report suspicious activity and remain engaged as they continue working to keep neighborhoods safe.
