Osceola deputies arrested a registered sex offender who they say was exposing himself to children on recess outside Bellalago Academy in Poinciana earlier this month.
According to Osceola detectives with the Special Victims Unit, 49-year-old Luis Davila-Quinones exposed his genitals and masturbated in the view of the children.
Davila-Quinones admitted to deputies what he had done and was arrested for lewd and lascivious exhibition and violation of probation. He has been booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
He was already on probation for a previous case where he attempted to kidnap a 10-year-old girl outside of a Walmart.
Davila-Quinones was found guilty of attempted kidnapping and sentenced to 16 months followed by 10 years of community control.
