Motorists traveling on State Road 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) should prepare for overnight ramp closures next week as part of the ongoing SR 417 Capacity Improvements project. The closures will occur from Sunday, February 23, through Wednesday, February 26, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., impacting key ramps along the corridor.

The scheduled closures and detour routes are as follows:

  • Sunday, February 23 – The southbound SR 417 ramp to Dowden Road (Exit 24) will be closed overnight. Drivers will need to continue south to Moss Park Road (Exit 23) to access their destination.
  • Monday, February 24 – The southbound SR 417 ramp to Moss Park Road (Exit 23) will be closed overnight. Drivers will be rerouted to Narcoossee Road (Exit 22), with tolls suspended during this detour.
  • Tuesday, February 25 – The Dowden Road ramp to southbound SR 417 will be closed overnight. Drivers will need to head north on SR 417 to Lee Vista Boulevard (Exit 27) before re-entering the highway.
  • Wednesday, February 26 – The Moss Park Road ramp to southbound SR 417 will be closed overnight. Drivers will be directed north to Dowden Road (Exit 24) as an alternate route.
