The city of St. Cloud has scheduled two come-and-go community open houses this week to discuss with residents the proposed changes to the city’s Future Land Use maps.

The meetings will be held at the following times and locations:
Tuesday, December 3rd
5:30-7:30 p.m.
St. Cloud City Hall
1300 9th St.

Thursday, December 5th
5-6:30 p.m.
Cornerstone Family Church
2925 Canoe Creek Road

Earlier this year, as a result of the input received from residents, the city postponed the Planning Commission and City Council public hearings to allow more time to gather additional community input and make changes to the draft based on that input.
At the meetings this week, residents can view updated project information and talk with city planners about the proposed changes. There will not be a formal presentation; residents can come at their convenience anytime during each scheduled meeting times.

Following these meetings, staff will incorporate all feedback received from the community into final recommendations for the Planning Commission and City Council, which will hold public hearings on the final proposed changes.
