Angel Rivera, father of Christopher Otero-Rivera, is now facing a second-degree murder charge in the death of St. Cloud mom Nicole Montalvo, according to Osceola County Court documents.
These are the current charges against Angel Rivera and his son Christopher Otero-Rivera:
- Murder in the second-degree
- Abuse of a dead human body
- Tampering with physical evidence
Christopher Otera-Rivera was indicted on those charges in March and now his father, Angel Rivera, is facing second-degree murder charge.
Christine Montalvo’s remains were found last October, days after she was reported missing.
