A 22-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested on Thursday after being accused of inappropriate touching two children in a Disney Springs store.
Marshall Diehl, of St. Cloud, was arrested based on a charge of lascivious molestation. According to an arrest affidavit, Diehl is accused of inappropriately touching the children on May 30 and 31 inside the World of Disney store at Disney Springs.
The victim from May 30 informed Orange County deputies that a white male with dark brown hair, dressed in a black shirt featuring a “square print” on the back and loose-fitting tan pants, touched them inappropriately while the child was looking at keychains.
Diehl was located by deputies inside the Orange Garage at Disney Springs and was positively identified by the child. Deputies were then informed of another incident that occurred the previous day, where a child was also inappropriately touched by a male matching the same description as Diehl.
Multiple witnesses confirmed witnessing the incident on May 30, and the child involved positively identified Diehl as the suspect. On May 31, Diehl was arrested by Orange County Deputies.
