										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="font-weight: 400;">For the safety of the traveling public and crews, Toho Water Authority (Toho) has closed the left-hand southbound lane of John Young Pkwy between MLK Blvd and King St. The closure is needed to assess a sewer line in the area and to conduct the necessary repairs.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The repair is expected to be completed by Tuesday, October 11. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching these areas, as workers will be present and speed limits may be reduced and sidewalks possibly closed and diverted. Signage will be placed as needed to keep the traveling public informed of the project.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Toho Water Authority is encouraging the traveling public to use caution when approaching the Willow Bend Trail and Crescent Lakes Way intersection in Poinciana. A needed sewer rehabilitation project in the area is being assessed and workers may be present. Signage is in place and sidewalks have been closed and diverted in the area for everyone’s safety. The road may be uneven due to temporary steel plating installed on the road.</p>
<p>The sewer rehabilitation project is currently in its assessment and design phase, which is expected to be completed in three months. The project itself is expected to take another three months to complete. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. In the meantime, temporary sewer bypass pumps and piping have been installed to provide continuous sewer service.</p>

<p>Emergency Service is provided 24 hours a day. If you have a water utility related emergency (water leak or sewer stoppage) during holiday hours or on weekends please call 407-944-5000.</p>
