The Osceola County Association of Realtors annually recognizes members who go above and beyond in the real estate profession and support their Association. During the Association’s Awards and Installation Ceremony that was held on December 2 at Osceola Heritage Park, Tim Weisheyer, was awarded with one of the organization’s top honors, the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is given to a Realtor member who has demonstrated a lifetime of contributions and volunteer service to the real estate industry. This year’s recipient, Tim Weisheyer, has been a Realtor for more than two decades and has served as a past president of the Osceola County Association of Realtors. Tim is also a part of the leadership team of the largest professional trade association in Florida—Florida Realtors. He is a champion in the protection of private property rights and is the youngest member ever inducted from our association into the National Association of Realtors Hall of Fame. In 2025, Tim will proudly serve as the President of Florida Realtors.

“Tim is an exemplary leader and one of the most impactful voices within the Florida real estate community. We are proud to be his home association and honor him with this much-deserved award.
