Toho Water Authority (Toho) crews are currently assessing and responding to impacted areas caused by Hurricane Ian. At this time no water service outages have been reported and no precautionary boil water advisories have been issued.

Customers who suspect sewer overflows occurring in the area, can report them by calling our customer service at 407-944-5000 or email customerservice@tohowater.com. Please provide an address/location to where sewer services may be impacted.

Due to flooding, Toho is asking any customers who filled their tubs in advance of the storm to wait to drain to decrease the volumes going to the lift stations that transport sewage to the treatment plants. In addition, please wait to wash any dishes or laundry, which are high-volume water uses.

Also, a reminder to turn off irrigation timers as there is no need to irrigate.

Customers can visit Toho’s website www.tohowater.com for updates regarding services. Customers should also stay tuned to media outlets for updates regarding Toho.

Safety is a top priority for our employees and our customers. Toho wants to thank customers for their patience and to be safe.
