Toho Water Authority’s (Toho) administrative offices in Kissimmee and St. Cloud City Hall will be closed Friday, Dec. 23 through Monday, Dec. 26, in observance of Christmas. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27.
Customers can always make payments, report emergencies and use other self-service features at www.tohowater.com, or by using the 24-hour customer service line at 407-944-5000. Customers located in the City of St. Cloud can report emergencies by calling 407-957-7344.
