If your next visit to SeaWorld Orlando is affected by rain, intense heat, or other weather-related occurrences, you will now have the opportunity to come back within a year without any additional cost.
SeaWorld’s new Weather-or-Not Assurance program can give you an opportunity to receive a complimentary return visit!
For instance:
- If inclement weather leads to an early park closure or significantly affects operating hours.
- If rides remain closed for over 60 minutes due to lightning, strong winds, heat, rain, or snow.
- If the park’s temperature reaches a heat index of 110 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
“When guests book and look forward to making memories in one of our SeaWorld parks, we want them to feel fully assured that if Mother Nature winds up having other plans that day – even if for as little as an hour – they will be able to come back another day, on us,” said Marisa Thalberg, chief marketing and communications officer of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment.
Please note that the following cases are not eligible for Weather-or-Not Assurance tickets:
Pass Member admissions; complimentary tickets (including Weather-or-Not Assurance tickets); 14-Day Length of Stay tickets and packages; Discovery Cove ticket packages.
For cases that may be eligible but require verification, such as promotional/discount tickets (group sales tickets) and promotional multi-day tickets, it’s recommended to confirm at the Guest Relations desk.
To claim your return visit, simply visit the Guest Relations desk within the park. Make sure to have your original admission ticket or order number handy.
