On Tuesday, November 16, the Women’s Council of Realtors in Osceola County came together to do what they do every year, celebrate the passing of the gavel from the current president to the incoming president. This year’s recipient of the gavel and the next President of the Women’s Council of Realtors in Osceola County is Marcy Theobald.

The real estate business is without question on fire throughout the nation, but in Osceola County, the last few years will likely be remembered as some of the most robust times in history for realtors – thus the importance of strong and experienced leadership being in place.

This year’s Women’s Council of Realtors Installation and Awards Dinner took place at Royal Links Golf Course in St. Cloud and gave the opportunity to the 2021 President Wanda Linscott to reflect upon her year of leadership and to thank those who stepped up to make her year productive, special, and memorable.

After a wonderful dinner, the official installation of 2022 officers took place, followed by the highlight of the evening.  The gavel was passed officially making  Marcy Theobald as the next president of the organization. As a small business owner, realtor, member of the Kissimmee Rotary, and past Chairwoman of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, Theobald is sure to hit the ground running for the Women’s Council of Realtors in Osceola County and will work hard to make 2022 a year to be remembered in Osceola County!

Congratulations to Marcy Theobald and to everyone at the Women’s Council of Realtors. You truly radiate positivity and attract success!
