Two teenagers have been arrested on attempted murder charges after a disagreement of some kind led to a shooting, according to officials from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

On Saturday evening shortly before 8:30 pm, Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Osceola Pointe Apartments after receiving a call about a possible shooting.

Once on the scene Sheriff Deputies found that a man that had been shot and was immediately transported to the hospital in critical condition. The man was identified as Jean Carlos Burgos.

They later learned there was a second man had been shot and was also sent to a local hospital. That man’s name and condition has not been released.

According to the Sheriff’s Office report, a group of men had been in some type of disagreement, which led to a shooting.

16 year-old Jesus Marquez-Sanchez & 17 year-old Elias Perez have also been identified as being involved in the incident and detectives obtained custody orders for their arrest for Attempted Murder. Both men are currently in custody.
