A 24-year-old man was arrested by the Osceola Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, after being accused of traveling from Davenport to a Four Corners resort to have sex with two underage girls he had been chatting with on social media, the Osceola Sheriff’s Office says.
When deputies arrived on the scene, Doak was already inside the building where the two minors were staying at Westgate Vacation Villas along Westgate Boulevard. According to the news release, Doak had jumped the surrounding privacy wall of the resort to gain entry into the property after leaving his vehicle outside the walls of the Westgate Villas resort.
The news release said that Doak had full knowledge of the victims’ ages when he continued to send them lewd and lascivious messages, telling the girls that he was going to sexually batter them.
After obtaining a warrant, Doak was arrested for traveling to meet a minor for sex, solicitation of a minor, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, and transmission of harmful aaterials. A search warrant was also obtained for Doak’s vehicle, where deputies found two guns inside.
Doak is being held on $7,000 bond at the Osceola County Jail.
