Osceola Deputies have arrested a man who they say was chatting online, hoping to have sexual intercourse with children and possessing thousands of videos depicting children being sexually abused.
On April 06 the Osceola County ICAC Unit was able to apprehend 47-year-old John Draper IV on Wednesday after previously receiving a Cyber Tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) saying he he had numerous files of child abuse material and videos in his possession.
Draper was interviewed by deputies and admitted to possessing child pornography, however denied sexually abusing any children.
Mr. Draper was charged with 10 counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child. And was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
