One of Florida’s most cherished rodeo traditions, the Silver Spurs Rodeo will feature the sport’s seven classic events, including bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, team roping, calf roping, and steer wrestling. Fans can also look forward to performances from the Silver Spurs Quadrille team and the humor of world-class rodeo clowns. With $100,000 in prize money on the line, the competition is set to be fierce as cowboys and cowgirls from across the country take center stage.
Continuing a Legacy of Giving Back
For Big Boss Randy Booth, this year’s event is about more than just the rodeo—it’s about upholding a tradition that has supported the community for decades.
“I am so honored to lead this organization as a fourth-generation Big Boss, following in the footsteps of my grandfather, father, and brother, who also served in this role,” Booth said. “My commitment remains to continuing the cherished traditions of the rodeo for all families while our board stays true to the club’s original purpose—giving back to the community. Through meaningful contributions to nonprofits in need, we are honored to continue this legacy of generosity.”
Proceeds from the Silver Spurs Rodeo benefit local nonprofits, scholarships, military support programs, foster care initiatives, and cancer support organizations—a testament to the rodeo’s long-standing commitment to community service.
