Shifting lane closures on Michigan Ave between Mill Creek Cir and Cypress Arbor Pl extended through August 16

Toho Water has announced shifting lane closures on Michigan Ave between Mill Creek Ave and Cypress Arbor Pl will extend through August 16 to conduct additional repairs on a sewer line in the area. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
 
SHIFTING LANE CLOSURES WILL OCCUR IN THREE PHASES:

• Phase 1 Right northbound lane closure on Michigan Ave between Mill Creek Ave and Cypress Arbor Pl.
• Phase 2 (starting August 7) Both northbound lanes will be closed on Michigan Ave between Mill Creek Ave and Cypress Arbor Pl. Northbound traffic will use center turn lane.
• Phase 3 (starting August 9) Left southbound lane closure on Michigan Ave between Cypress Arbor Pl and Mill Creek Ave to allow for northbound traffic.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching these areas, as workers will be present and speed limits may be reduced and sidewalks possibly closed and diverted. Signage will be placed as needed to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
