After receiving tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on July 20, Detectives with the St. Cloud Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit served a search warrant at the residence of 46-year-old Jayson R. Spence on August 5, 2021.
The search warrant revealed photos and videos depicting the sexual performance of a child on a cellular phone and a cloud drive belonging to Spence. Spence was arrested and charged with five (5) counts of Possession of Images Depicting the Sexual Performance of a Child. He is being held at the Osceola County Jail with a bond of $25,000. This case remains an active open investigation.
