Parents and students in Osceola County no longer have to wait until the first day of school to get answers about transportation. The district’s Back‑to‑School Transportation Parent Hotline is now open, offering immediate assistance with questions about bus routes, schedules, and other transportation-related issues.

Families can reach the hotline by calling (407) 483‑3673. The hotline operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

For added convenience, parents can also submit questions online through the district’s “Let’s Talk” feature at osceolaschools.net.

District officials encourage families to take advantage of these resources early to ensure a smooth start to the 2025-26 school year.
