KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A prominent stretch of Kissimmee is set to become a vibrant canvas for creativity and community pride as Osceola Arts, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency, unveils a major new public art installation along East Vine Street.

The project will bring together four acclaimed artists—Jennifer Veal, Gabriella Shepherd, Eric “The Wise Knight” Wise, and Mike “2Esae” Baca—to transform a 180-foot wall at 900 E. Vine Street into a large-scale mural celebrating Kissimmee’s identity, natural beauty, and cultural diversity.

The expansive wall, which spans approximately 180 feet wide and 6.5 feet high, is divided into four sections by architectural pillars, giving each artist roughly 44 feet of space to create individual works that will ultimately form a unified visual experience.

Each artist brings a unique perspective to the project:

  • Jennifer Veal, a Jacksonville-based muralist known for her hyper-realistic style, will create an underwater-inspired scene symbolizing harmony between humanity and the ocean, highlighting environmental awareness and conservation.
  • Gabriella Shepherd, an Orlando-based painter and resident artist at Café Tu Tu Tango, will draw from Kissimmee’s wetlands and sunsets, featuring crane birds and vibrant skies to reflect the region’s natural beauty.
  • Eric “The Wise Knight” Wise, a Lake County artist, will depict a lively scene at Kissimmee Lakefront Park, celebrating community diversity, childhood wonder, and the city’s connection to nature.
  • Mike “2Esae” Baca, a globally recognized mixed media artist and founder of UR New York, will contribute a bold composition blending portraiture, florals, and layered textures, representing cultural vibrancy and identity.

Brian Camacho, Public Arts Coordinator at Osceola Arts, said the project reflects the mission of the ARTisNOW initiative.

“This installation represents everything ARTisNOW was built to do—bringing together extraordinary artists, distinct creative visions, and a community that can see itself reflected in world-class public art right in their own neighborhood,” Camacho said.

The public will have the opportunity to watch the murals come to life, with work beginning on-site Monday, March 16, offering residents and visitors a firsthand look at the artistic process.

The ARTisNOW Public Murals Project aims to connect artists with the community to create impactful public art that transforms shared spaces, sparks dialogue, and celebrates local culture.

Osceola Arts, a longstanding cultural institution in Central Florida since 1960, continues to play a key role in enriching the region through visual and performing arts, with initiatives like this mural project further enhancing Kissimmee’s growing public art landscape.
