A cherished community tradition, the parade brings together residents, families, and visitors for a colorful celebration of Osceola County’s ranching roots and cowboy heritage.

And while the parade delivers plenty of hometown pride, the excitement will be just getting started.

Hold On Tight! 15th Annual Monster Bulls Charges Into Silver Spurs Arena February 13

When the sun goes down Saturday, February 13, the action shifts into high gear as the 15th Annual Monster Bulls takes over Silver Spurs Arena at 7:30 p.m., delivering an evening dedicated entirely to one of rodeo’s most explosive competitions — bull riding!

This isn’t just another night at the rodeo. It’s a showdown between powerful, determined bulls and fearless cowboys willing to test their skill, strength, and nerves against some of the toughest animals in the sport.

With nothing but a rope to hold onto and eight seconds standing between a rider and a qualifying ride, every moment promises edge-of-your-seat excitement.

The bulls will twist, turn, leap, and buck with incredible force, while riders fight to maintain their balance and prove they have what it takes to conquer one of rodeo’s most demanding challenges.

For longtime rodeo fans and first-time spectators alike, Monster Bulls offers a chance to experience the raw power, athleticism, and unpredictability that make bull riding one of the most thrilling spectacles in professional sports.

And when those chutes swing open, there’s only one thing to do — hold on tight!

The Main Event: 158th Silver Spurs Rodeo Returns February 18–21

The excitement reaches another level when the 158th Silver Spurs Rodeo rides into Silver Spurs Arena for four performances, Thursday, February 18, through Sunday, February 21, 2027.

Recognized as the largest rodeo east of the Mississippi River, the Silver Spurs Rodeo has been a cornerstone of Osceola County’s cultural identity for more than 80 years, drawing talented professional cowboys and cowgirls from across the country.

Sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA), the event showcases the skill, speed, strength, and determination of professional rodeo competitors as they battle for prize money and bragging rights.

Fans will experience all seven traditional rodeo events: bull riding, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, tie-down roping, and barrel racing.

From the thunderous power of bucking broncs and bulls to the precision of team roping and the breathtaking speed of barrel racing, every performance offers its own unforgettable moments.

Whether it’s a cowboy battling to stay aboard a powerful bull for eight seconds or a cowgirl racing around barrels with split-second precision, the Silver Spurs Rodeo brings together athleticism, tradition, and excitement in a way few sporting events can match.

And while the competition is fierce, the rodeo is about much more than winning. It’s a celebration of the hardworking ranching families, volunteers, and community members who have helped preserve Osceola County’s western heritage for generations.

More Than a Rodeo — A Tradition That Defines Osceola County

The Silver Spurs Rodeo’s story dates back to the early 1940s, when local ranching families came together around a shared passion for horsemanship, community, and the cowboy way of life.

The first Silver Spurs Rodeo was held in 1944, and what began as a local gathering has grown into one of Florida’s most recognizable western sporting traditions.

Today, the nonprofit Silver Spurs Riding Club continues that legacy, bringing thousands of spectators together while supporting charitable causes, scholarships, and community organizations throughout Osceola County.

For many families, attending the Silver Spurs Rodeo is more than an annual outing. It’s a tradition passed down from grandparents to parents to children, connecting generations through a shared appreciation for the county’s agricultural history and western spirit.

With the return of the parade, Monster Bulls, and the 158th Silver Spurs Rodeo, February 2027 promises another memorable chapter in that remarkable story.
