On Valentine’s Day, fourteen loving couples exchanged vows in a memorable group ceremony during the Valentine’s Day Wedding Ceremony & Reception at the Historic Osceola Courthouse.

The bilingual ceremony was presided over by the Honorable Kelvin Soto, Esq., Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller.
