If you haven’t made plans yet for our nation’s 243rd birthday, here is a list of local Independence Day celebrations happening in and around Osceola County:

Stars and Stripes 4th of July Celebration at the Saint Cloud Lakefront (3 pm- 10 pm)
The St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce will once again host Independence Day festivities free to the public at the St. Cloud Lakefront beginning at 3pm on July 4. There will be a Classic Car Show, A Beer Garden, Kids Zone, vendors and live music with DJ Jesse Fletcher, Katie Lay, and Slickwood.

This event wraps up with a firework display at dusk provided by the City of St. Cloud, so pack your lawn chairs and get there early.

Monumental 4th of July at the Kissimmee Lakefront (5 pm- 9:30 pm)
The City of Kissimmee is hosting their biggest event of the year at the Monumental 4th of July festival at the Kissimmee Lakefront Park. The entire family can enjoy this free event with KUA Kids Zone, craft and food vendors, live music from Rob Base, the Wailer’s, and Rico Monico. Looking for an even better view of the Kissimmee Lakefront fireworks? Monumental 4th of July offers $30 VIP passes and includes artist meet & greets, exclusive access to an air-conditioned tent, catering, reserved parking and a dedicated firework viewing area.

Star Spangled Spectacular at Celebration Town Center
Kicking off July 4th bright and early at 9 a.m. with a Star Spangled Spectacular Independence Day parade through Celebration. Starting at Town Hall then following a route along Celebration Avenue to Market Street and eventually concluding at the entrance to Lakeside Park.

Then, at 4 p.m., the Star Spangled Spectacular event will open to the community at Town Center located at 699 Market St, Celebration FL 34747. Sonny Ferguson will perform acoustic guitar starting at 5 p.m. and then 7 Bridges, the ultimate Eagles tribute, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks will begin at 9:15 p.m..

Fourth of July at Walt Disney World Resort Disney’s Celebrate America!
A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky at Magic Kingdom is starting a day early. Disney’s Celebrate America fireworks are taking place July 3rd and 4th at 9:15 pm on both nights above Cinderella’s Castle with DJ Dance Parties happening in Frontierland and Tomorrowland.

The Voices of Liberty a Capella group will be performing in the American Adventure Pavilion at Epcot. Epcot will also host fireworks, but only on July 4th during a special showcase of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth which celebrates the planet’s past, present and future while also highlighting Independence day at the end of its showcase.

SeaWorld Orlando
If you are enjoying the theme parks on July 4th, SeaWorld Orlando will light up the sky with fireworks and laser lights during SeaWorld’s nightly “Ignite Fireworks Spectacular” at 9:30 p.m. followed by a patriotic firework celebration at 9:45 p.m.

Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Studios Florida has extended its patriotic celebration to three days of exciting celebrations staring July 4th- July 6th. Dance with Minions and other Universal characters at the Character Dance Party or experience thrilling rides before witnessing the Firework display at 9 p.m. and cinematic celebration projected on mist at 9:45 p.m. The band Raydio and DJ M Squared, will perform live throughout the evening starting at 5pm on the Music Plaza Stage.

Red, White, and Boom at LEGOLAND Florida Resort
Also celebrating July 4- July 6 LEGOLAND Florida guest can watch a gazillion bricks explode from the sky at 9 p.m. above Lake Eloise. Help build a giant U.S. flag out of thousands of LEGO bricks, or enter the creative building competition for the chance to win a LEGO prize pack by constructing something patriotic. There will be a DJ Dance party, stilt walkers, and a salute to our nation’s 143rd birthday.
