On July 8th around  3:10 PM, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Justice store located at The Loop in Kissimmee after receiving a call about an armed robbery. The victim told deputies that a Hispanic male entered the store wearing a tan fishing hat, green long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans. He approached the counter armed with a gun, demanded cash and then fled from the store.

The same suspest was being searched for in reference to two armed robberies in St. Cloud, involving two different women who were robbed during the day in parking lots.

On July 24th a joint investigation between detectives from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, the Saint Cloud Police Department, the Ocoee Police Department, and Orlando Police Department resulted in the arrest of 38 year old Hector Luis Massas as the result of a traffic stop in Daytona Beach, Florida.
