Does your kid love to sing, dance, or perform? Put them on stage and in the spotlight this summer! Osceola Arts is accepting camp members for their 2019 Summer Camps, with a wide variety of camps to choose from with before and after camp care available.

Shipwreaked Visual Arts Camp – June 3rd – 7th

This is a full week of pirates and mermaids, allowing campers the opportunity to work together to create projects based around island adventures.

Time: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM to 4:00PM

Ages: 6-14 years-old

Tuition: $150

Make the Band Music Camp – June 3rd – 7th

Be a part of the Band! Campers will learn how to play the guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, and basic singing techniques, all while learning to how to play in harmony as a group.

Time: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM to 4:00PM

Age: 8 – 17 years-old

Tuition: $150

Cinerama Filmmaking Camp – June 10th – 21st

Cinerama is a two-week filmmaking camp! Campers will write, direct & star in their own movie shorts. In this movie adventure, they will learn video shots, storyboarding and much more.

Time: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM to 4:00PM

Age: 6-14 years-old

Hogwarts Headquarters Art Fusion Camp – June 24th – 28th

Harry Potter Fans this is your camp! You’ve been accepted to the school of witchcraft and wizardry! Campers will work on creating wands, house crests & more in this art and theatrical fusion camp.

Time: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM to 4:00PM

Age: 6-14 years-old

Tuition: $150

Vocal Arts Intensive – June 24th – 28th

Campers will sing classical, a cappella, contemporary vocal jazz in both choir and ensemble settings, and will also have a chance to receive one-on-one vocal coaching. This camp is open to middle and high school-aged students.

The Greatest Show Musical Theatre Camp – July 8th – 19th

The Greatest Show Musical Theatre Camp will come alive as campers work on their singing, acting, tumbling & dancing skills to present a one of a kind show inspired by the movie phenomenon.

Time: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM to 4:00PM

Age: 6-14 years- old

Strings Intensive Orchestra Camp – July 15th – 26th

This music camp focuses on the techniques and style of orchestral string music. Campers will work on solos, quartets, and ensemble pieces! The instructors will lead both beginner and intermediate level students towards a final performance at the end of the camp.

Ages 7-14 M-F

Poppins Showstoppers Musical Theatre Camp – July 22nd – August 2nd

During this popular Broadway Style camp, campers will work on their singing, acting, and, dancing skills themed to the practically perfect world of Mary Poppins. Featuring songs from the original movie, original Broadway production, and Mary Poppins Returns.

Time: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM to 4:00PM

Age: 6-14 years-old

Game Show Art Fusion Camp – August 5th – 9th

This one week camp is based off your favorite game show challenges. There will never be a dull moment as campers will work on improv exercises, and public speaking to perfect their show host presence on stage!

Time: Monday – Friday; 9:00AM to 4:00PM

Age: 6-14 years-old

Additionally, Osceola Arts will be adding a children’s summer production this year. Children ages  9-17 can be a part of Disney’s Frozen, Jr. The enchanting modern classic is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production. Rehearsals will be held Monday-Friday evenings beginning July 15. Performances will take place August 9, 10 and 11.
