The Association of Poinciana Villages will host its Annual Christmas Parade and Celebration on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This beloved event, a highlight of the year in the community, draws over 1,000 Poinciana residents and is a “rain or shine” celebration.

This family-friendly event is free and open to both APV residents and the public. The festivities kick off at 11 a.m. with a spectacular parade featuring beautifully decorated floats and participants, marching from Cypress Parkway to Vance Harmon Park.

Following the parade, head over to the Vance Harmon Park Amphitheater (625 Country Club Drive) for a lively celebration including:

  • Kids’ Zone
  • food truck lane, local vendors, and crafters
  • Battle of the Marching Bands
  • Professional holiday entertainment
  • Santa and Mrs. Claus, spreading cheer and available for photos

Parking: On-site parking is not available. Guests can park at the Poinciana Activity Campus (445 Marigold Avenue) and take a free shuttle service every 20 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Carpooling is encouraged. Street closures will begin at 10:45 a.m., with closures on Country Club Court, Chip Court, Trophy Lane, South Flag Drive, South Flag Court, Caddy Lane, and Doverplum Ave between Cypress Parkway and Country Club Drive until the parade concludes.
