The Central Florida Animal Reserve is all about cats… Big cats,  and recently it opened its doors to the community with a “Big Cat Sip & Stroll” event to share its big cat and wildlife sanctuary which houses lions, tigers, leopards, and cougars.

According to CFAR’s website, it’s building a platform to address the challenges of big cats in the future and provide value to society today, its mottos being compassion, conservation, and commitment.

The event had over 55 attendees and raised over $3,500 – which will help with caring for the cats – not an inexpensive venture.  There were wines and pairings thanks to Kissimmee’s Vintage Vino, along with meet & greets of the Big Cats on-site as the guests sipped wines and toured during the day and twilight.
