The City of Kissimmee will join cities from across the state to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Florida City Government Week held during October 18-24, 2021.
Florida City Government Week will allow Kissimmee to highlight how the government operates, which services are provided, and the importance of being involved. Throughout the week, Kissimmee will continue its educational efforts to showcase its departments and the services it provides daily.
Florida City Government Week, sponsored by the Florida League of Cities, is a time to showcase cities and recognize the significant role of the city government in its residents’ and visitors’ lives. The League is the municipal governments’ official organization in Florida, designed and established to meet and serve Florida’s cities and residents’ needs.

Ciudad Celebrará el 30 Aniversario de la Semana del Gobierno Municipal de la Florida
La Ciudad de Kissimmee se une a otras ciudades alrededor del estado para celebrar el 30 Aniversario de la Semana del Gobierno Municipal que se llevará a cabo del 18 al 24 de octubre de 2021.
La Semana del Gobierno Municipal le permitirá a la Ciudad explicar cómo opera la Ciudad, cuáles son los servicios que se proveen a diario y la importancia de participar en eventos del gobierno. Durante la semana, la Ciudad continuará sus esfuerzos para educar a los residentes y visitantes sobre sus departamentos y los servicios que se ofrecen a diario.
La Semana del Gobierno Municipal de la Florida, patrocinada por Florida League of Cities, es un momento para mostrar a las ciudades y reconocer el importante rol del gobierno de la Ciudad en la vida de sus residentes y visitantes. La Liga es la organización oficial de los gobiernos municipales de Florida. La misma fue diseñada y establecida para satisfacer y atender las necesidades de las ciudades y los residentes del estado.
