The City of Kissimmee is inviting residents and visitors alike to come together for a “Monumental 4th of July” celebration at Kissimmee Lakefront Park on Friday, July 4 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This free, family-friendly event promises an evening packed with live entertainment, fun-filled activities, and a breathtaking fireworks finale over Lake Tohopekaliga at 9 p.m.
Taking center stage on the Festival Lawn will be Anti Idol, a high-energy band delivering an electrifying soundtrack to accompany the patriotic festivities. Over on the Veterans Lawn, families with children can enjoy the KUA Kids Power Zone featuring face painting, interactive games, and dance-along moments with DJ Will, plus glow-in-the-dark giveaways sure to delight young guests.
Hits 96.5 FM will broadcast live from the park, keeping the crowd energized with popular hits throughout the evening. Food lovers can indulge in an array of culinary offerings from local food trucks lining Lakeview Drive.
“We’re excited to once again bring the community together for a fun and safe celebration of our nation’s independence,” said city officials. “It’s a great opportunity to honor our freedoms with music, family, and fireworks.”
The event is made possible thanks to the support of key community sponsors, including Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA), Toho Water Authority, and AdventHealth.
Free public parking will be available at the Toho Square Parking Garage (92 Pleasant St.) and the Kissimmee Intermodal Parking Garage (205 E. Dakin Ave.), located near the Kissimmee Civic Center and SunRail station. ADA-accessible parking will be provided at the Toho Marina Overflow Lot (69 Lakeview Dr.).
For safety, personal fireworks, tents, and grills are prohibited in the park. Attendees are encouraged to stay informed about weather updates and event announcements by texting “Monument” to 888777.

Este emocionante evento familiar se llevará a cabo el viernes 4 de julio de 2025, de 7 p.m. a 9 p.m., con una noche llena de entretenimiento, actividades y un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales a las 9 p.m.
Esta celebración gratuita ofrece algo para todos, con una variedad de actividades en todo el parque. La enérgica banda Anti Idol tocará en el Festival Lawn, animando la noche con su música.
