A week after hosting COVID-19 testing, the local assistance organization will maintain its service hours Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for emergency food distribution and mail pickup, which will take place at its Shingle Creek location, 2420 Old Vineland Road, Kissimmee FL 34746.

Families will be able to remain in their vehicles to further minimize contact.  The Community Hope Center is working hard to keep the households seeking assistance as well as CHC staff safe from any further virus spread.

The Center is in need a small handful of volunteers to help with food distribution and parking flow on Wednesday. Volunteers must wear protective equipment like masks and gloves while on site, and must abide by CDC guidelines by remaining six feet apart from other individuals. But those who want to assist the Community Hope Center in serving hundreds of households and thousands of heartbeats, sign up for a shift online here: https://bit.ly/2KXxpcD

If you cannot donate time to this worthy cause that continues to make a positive difference in Osceola County, financial donations will also assist the center in its mission.
