Daily temps in Central Florida are rising and with afternoon storms not yet consistent, it’s that time of the year to conserve water resources.

“We encourage water conservation year-round, but these restrictions are now crucial to help conserve water during the dry conditions we are experiencing,” said Marjorie Craig, Director of Environmental Utilities for the City. “This irrigation schedule allows enough water to maintain healthy landscapes, and it is necessary for the benefit of our community.”

The City will be monitoring neighborhoods and commercial properties during day and evening hours to ensure compliance with the watering restrictions. Violating water use restrictions may result in penalties up to $500 per violation and termination of service. To report violations, call 407-957-7344 or email customerservice@stcloud.org.
