Osceola County Commissioner for District 4 Cheryl Grieb presented a $15,000 check to Neptune Elementary School on Tuesday to help support its “Leader in Me Program.”
“Leader in Me” is a framework that helps schools achieve results by influencing behaviors. It is an evidence-based, comprehensive model that builds leadership and life skills in students, creates a high-trust school culture, and lays the foundation for sustained academic achievement.
There are over 5,000 Leader in Me schools in all 50 states and in over 50 countries with a mission to unleash the greatness in students, educators, and school communities everywhere.
Leader in Me is based on a theory of change known as the See-Do-Get Cycle. When you change the way you See things, it influences what you Do and the results you Get.
