A tragic crash on Saturday afternoon in southern Osceola County left two adults and two teens dead, and a child in critical condition, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash involved a car from Palm Bay and a pickup truck pulling a trailer on North Kenansville Road near Bavar Road, according to Florida troopers.
According to FHP, a car traveling southbound on US 441 drove off the roadway to right, over-corrected and then traveled into the northbound lanes where it was struck on its right side by a pickup truck pulling a trailer, which then overturned.
The 52-year-old man from St. Cloud driving the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said., troopers said.
The 47-year-old female driver was later pronounced dead at the hospital and two 16-year-old passengers (one boy, one girl) who were pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.
An 11-year-old boy who was a passenger in the car remains in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
