Florida Highway Patrol is on the scene of a fatal crash that took place in Osceola County at 6:35 am.
The crash occurred on Boggy Creek, west of Narcoossee Road and involves a vehicle and a pedestrian. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene.
