This weekend only, fishing can be enjoyed by all! Everyone is welcome to fish freshwater lakes without a fishing license.
License-free fishing days provide an excellent opportunity for those that don’t have a fishing license yet to experience the fun of fishing. This is a great chance to brings kids out too. Avid anglers, bring a friend and introduce them to the joy of fishing without having to purchase a license.
On this weekend, the fishing license requirement is waived for all recreational anglers, including both residents and non-residents.
Remember, all other rules such as seasons, bag and size limits still apply.
