As part of St. Cloud Police Department’s Turn ‘em in Tuesday initiative, St. Cloud PD is looking to identify a white man who was captured on video leaving the passenger side of a white 4-door sedan in the Cypress Point Subdivision off of Nolte Road in St. Cloud.
According to St. Cloud Police, the man walked up to a house and removed two light strands and a wreath from the hooks above the garage. The man wore blue jeans, a light blue sweater, and a black baseball cap with white lettering, and no, he does not go by the name of Grinch.
