KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The Kissimmee Police Department announced that a multi-month investigation into illegal alcohol sales at a Kissimmee business has led to two arrests and the seizure of dozens of bottles of alcohol.
According to police, investigators with the department’s Tactical Police Unit (TAC) spent approximately three months looking into complaints and tips regarding the unlawful sale of alcohol at Pa’ Pikar Lounge, located at 127 Broadway in Kissimmee. Authorities said the investigation began after receiving multiple reports alleging alcohol was being sold without proper authorization.
Through investigative efforts, detectives confirmed the business was selling alcohol illegally, in violation of Florida law.
With assistance from the department’s Emergency Response Team (ERT), Patrol Division, Forensics Unit, Criminal Investigations Division (CID), and agents from the Osceola Narcotics Investigative Bureau, detectives executed a lawful search warrant at the business.
During the operation, officers seized dozens of bottles of alcohol. The business owner and an employee were taken into custody on Friday, January 30, 2026, and now face felony charges related to unlawful alcohol sales.

“This investigation highlights the importance of coordinated enforcement and community reporting,” said Charles Broadway, Chief of Police for the City of Kissimmee. “The illegal sale of alcohol creates public safety concerns, and we will continue working with our state and local partners to address violations and protect our community.”
Authorities encourage anyone with information related to the illegal sale of alcohol to contact the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT). Alcohol sales in Florida are regulated at both the state and local levels, and Kissimmee Police say they will continue working closely with ABT, which oversees licensing, taxation, and enforcement of the state’s alcohol laws.
