A train crash in Kissimmee caused delays for Monday morning commuters, including on SunRail.

According to Kissimmee police, a freight train struck a vehicle that was on the train tracks at Penfield Street and Clyde Avenue around 5am Monday morning.

No one on the train was injured, according to police on the scene. Police said that the car was dragged by the train for about a block until coming to a stop near the corner of S. Beaumont Avenue and Patrick Street.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center in stable condition, police said.
