LaVell D. Monger, Partner, Director of Business Development & Outreach of RTW Photography will represent Central Florida in the Leadership Florida Connect Class Program, Class 13.

Designed to nurture and empower emerging leaders, the Leadership Florida Connect Class Program provides a unique platform for participants to enhance their leadership skills, gain a deeper understanding of Florida’s complex challenges, and forge strong connections with fellow change-makers from diverse backgrounds and industries.

Through immersive experiences, interactive sessions, and collaborative projects, participants delve into Florida’s critical issues and explore innovative solutions to shape a brighter future for all Floridians.

Monger’s community leadership experience includes Planning Commissioner of Osceola County, the first African American to serve as incoming chair of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Osceola Chamber of Commerce Board member, Education Foundation of Osceola County Board Member, and a contributor to the task force that brought the Boys and Girls Club to St. Cloud.

Throughout the program, LaVell D. Monger plans to leverage his experiences to strengthen his ability to lead and inspire others, broadening his network of influential leaders and gaining valuable insights to create a lasting impact in our community.
